Total Health Personal Training can provide you with several ways to get you fit and active.

We offer 1 on 1 Personal training with Mark. He will train you and educate you in all aspects of fitness including nutritional advice.

Group training either in the Gym or outdoors at the Botanical Gardens in Melbourne. Mark runs several outdoor groups on Tuesday and Thursday evenings from 5pm to 7.15pm. They are a great and fun way to exercise; enjoy the outdoors and get away from the crowds in the gym.

Welcome to Total Health Personal Training Blog.

I endeavour to keep you informed and up to date with trends, ideas and golden rules of the fitness and nutrition world.

Using my knowledge as a personal trainer, strength and conditioning coach and Biosignature Practitioner and some of my colleagues blogs will be posted regularly on various topics.
